コナミデジタルエンタテインメント（KONAMI)は、本日（11月18日）より、AppStoreで、人気サッカーゲーム『ウイニングイレブン2012』の提供を開始した。価格は600円。
本作は、超人気サッカーゲーム『ウイニングイレブン2012』のiPhone/iPodTouch/iPadアプリ版で、「Facebook」と連携してさらに進化した。
プレイヤーは、サッカーチームを編成して、自分だけのチームを作り上げてFacebookにアップしたり、友達のチームをダウンロードしたりして、非同期型の対戦をWiFiとBluetoothでプレーできる。このほか、Facebookにスコアを投稿することも可能になった。
選手データは、UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUEの公式ライセンスを受けており、欧州クラブを120チーム以上収録している。さらに日本代表をはじめとする各国ナショナルチームが80チーム以上登場する。
ゲームモードは、欧州クラブチームの頂点を決める大会「UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE」と「UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE」が楽しめるのほか、クラブチームでリーグ戦に参戦して頂点を目指す「League-Cupモード」がメイン。
さらに4部リーグからスタートし、勝ち進んでチャンピオンを目指す「スーパーチャレンジモード」、フリーキックなどがチャレンジできる「チャレンジモード」も楽しめる。
ゲームに搭載されたAIも進化し、これまでとは違った本格的なサッカーゲームが手軽に楽しめるようになっている。
